Key Responsibilities- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and patient observations.
- Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with patients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a genuine passion for caring for others and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state-approved certification required.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required for experienced Dialysis Care Specialists.

- Have your most recent dialysis experience recognized and valued in calculating paid time off accrual.
