About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter II to join our team at Hard Rock. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for applying coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interior and exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply paint and coatings to surfaces using brushes, rollers, high and low volume spray equipment, and other tools.
  • Select premixed paints, color match, or mix required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors.
  • Use a variety of techniques to create special effects, including applying paint with cloth, brush, sponge, fingers, or plastic.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent painting and coating skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
