Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
- Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Oversee the administration of HR systems, to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee benefits.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions, providing an in-depth introduction to our company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs, including compliance training, to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their job effectively.
- Negotiate employment agreements and other HR-related contracts.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human capital management, such as FMLA and OSHA compliance.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equity.
- Develop and manage budgets for HR initiatives and programs.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a similar role. 10+ years needed.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and practices.
- Experience with HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate employment agreements and other HR-related contracts.
