Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly qualified and compassionate Behavioral Health Provider / Psychologist to provide mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychological assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and therapy, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including interviews, observations, and testing.
  • Diagnose mental health disorders and behavioral issues based on assessment findings and criteria outlined in DSM-5.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic information and client goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other relevant therapeutic approaches.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute psychological crises.
  • Collaborate with emergency services when necessary to ensure client safety.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Psychologist.
  • Board certification in Psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and therapeutic skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
