The main duty of the Property Leasing and Marketing Coordinator is to support the planning of community activities, engage in various events, and deliver exceptional service to potential residents under the supervision of the Community Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a friendly demeanor and demonstrate leadership capabilities.

Reports to:

Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the model and tour routes on a daily basis
  • Assist in enhancing the property’s visual appeal
  • Monitor and report on leasing statistics, metrics, and objectives
  • Devise strategies for resident retention and acquisition
  • Establish and nurture relationships with vendors
  • Organize monthly events for residents and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate housing fairs and campus-related events
  • Support social media marketing efforts
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospective residents
Administrative Duties:
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of client, resident, and company information
  • Assist in the placement of roommates
  • Comprehend lease agreements and effectively relay information
  • Participate in move-in processes
Financial Oversight:
  • Contribute to revenue enhancement
  • Collect rents and deposits
  • Operate within the allocated marketing budget
Customer Engagement:
  • Surpass the expectations of residents, clients, and vendors
  • Cultivate a sense of community
  • Maintain proactive communication
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
Risk Management:
  • Address resident infractions and safety concerns
Work Environment:
