About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled District Manager to join our team at JSN Networks. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Dunkin' Donuts stores, driving excellence in day-to-day operations, and leading a team of Store Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Store Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with General Managers to deliver restaurant controllable profit and meet targeted flow-thru goals.
  • Utilize data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes to drive operational excellence.
  • Partner with Store Managers to develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Manage staffing levels, maintain full management staffing for each restaurant, and commit to selection programs and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy.
  • Champion recognition and motivation efforts throughout the market.
  • Work to create and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of successful operational management experience in the fast casual restaurant industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to become trained across a wide spectrum of competencies (operations, marketing, store financials).
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees.
  • Proven ability to drive financial performance, customer, and employee satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements, cost of goods, labor, and scheduling.
  • Computer literate and familiar with restaurant management software (Microsoft Office).
