About Lumiere Children's Therapy:

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our interdisciplinary therapy setting. As a BCaBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing behavior analytic treatment plans for our clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior analytic treatment plans using assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS.
  • Assist with monitoring and modifying treatment plans based on direct observations, therapist or parent feedback, and objective data collected by therapists or parents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports as required.
  • Ensure that all treatment plans and programs comply with contract requirements, professional standards, and insurance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Valid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
  • A Master's degree in ABA, special education, psychology, or a related field, with specialized knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience working with individuals who have Autism Spectrum Disorders.
