Head of Advisor Marketing

- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that cement and grow brand awareness as well as referral opportunities in support of our advisors and their growth efforts.
- Owning strategy behind CPA partner program value and benefits, as well as maximizing CPA partner engagement.
- Cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams to leverage website and social media channels to build audience and attract prospects.
- Analyzing performance metrics to understand what content resonates, by topic/theme, message, channel, and format, and using learnings to inform future campaigns.
We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $170,000, plus incentive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, basic life and disability coverage, 401(k) matching program, financial support for approved designations and courses, technical, leadership, sales training opportunities, unlimited discretionary time off, and paid parental leave.
