Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: You will create plans for complex projects in residential construction or public facilities, ensuring that all phases of the project are completed on time and within budget.
  • System Design and Calculation: You will carefully calculate building services according to applicable standards and accurately design systems to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You will communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and other trades to ensure that all aspects of the project are well-coordinated and executed.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: You will review and approve draft and execution drawings to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: You have a degree in Building Services Engineering, Supply Engineering, or a related field, and relevant professional experience in planning HVAC systems for DIN or Eurocode-compliant projects.
  • Technical Skills: You have good knowledge of calculation software such as liNear, Plancal Nova, Caneco, and MS Office, and are proficient in using CAD programs such as Revit, EPLAN, or AutoCAD.
  • Language Skills: You have fluent German language skills and good team, planning, and coordination skills.
