Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse RN - Adult

Job Summary:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to provide high-quality care to adult patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
