Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Senior Director in managing and expanding partnerships, both paid and organic. This role is pivotal in nurturing partnership relationships from conception through execution, as well as overseeing daily communications, asset management, and more across various platforms including streaming devices, mobile applications, and connected televisions. Collaboration with paid marketing teams will also be essential to drive partner growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with partners.
  • Work collaboratively to enhance processes and daily operations with key partners to support promotions across applications, channels, and product integrations.
  • Assist the Senior Director in identifying and managing strategic growth opportunities with partners.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for executives and senior leadership.
  • Understand and articulate value propositions to effectively target relevant market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and other departments to manage purchase orders and invoice reconciliation.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify areas for optimization.
  • Organize team meetings and manage the team calendar.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Interest in marketing, distribution, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple teams.
  • Desire to develop skills in qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and leveraging insights for strategic initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this contract position ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, based on experience. Our pay structure is determined by role, level, and location, ensuring fair compensation based on individual skills and experience.
