Job Title: Recruiter

Na Ali'i Consulting & Sales, LLC. is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our Human Capital team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent acquisition needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and select high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our organization
  • Manage the entire hiring process, from initial application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future roles, leveraging our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) to track and manage candidate relationships
  • Collaborate with the Senior Recruiter and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and effective recruitment process
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field from an accredited institution
  • 1 year of related federal government contracting recruiting experience, with a strong understanding of EEOC recruiting requirements and guidelines
  • Experience with the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System and social media recruiting
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
