Responsibilities

  1. Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality.
  2. Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
  3. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
  4. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

Requirements

  1. Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.
  2. Current/active CPR Certification.
  3. Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
  5. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
