Certified Nursing Assistant

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with All Ways Caring HomeCare, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals in need of assistance. Our team is dedicated to delivering quality, compassionate care that maximizes dignity, privacy, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist nurses with various basic care activities, including dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and vital sign monitoring.
Provide personal care and support to patients, including toileting, oral care, nail care, and catheter care.
Assist patients with mobility, including transfers, transports, and turning bedridden patients.
Report patient changes and maintain accurate records of patient care.
Requirements:
Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Certification as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide, if required by state licensure.
Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and utilize proper body mechanics.
