  • A completed degree with qualifications for the diverse range of tasks, including project management, construction, and climate protection.
  • Ideally, professional experience in municipal building administration, with a strong understanding of local regulations and policies.
  • A high level of personal responsibility, independence, commitment, and flexibility, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, communicative, and citizen-oriented approach, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital information and communication technology, including project management software and tools.
