Product Management at Capital One

Capital One is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product roadmaps that meet business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver product features that meet business objectives.
  • Own and prioritize product development roadmaps, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing products.
  • 2+ years of experience working on core product platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
