Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Premium Auditor to join our team. As a Premium Auditor, you will work with clients to conduct premium audits, review financial records, and provide expert advice on risk management and loss control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct premium audits with clients, reviewing financial records and providing expert advice on risk management and loss control
  • Meet with clients onsite, virtually, or via phone to conduct audits and obtain necessary information
  • Submit audit reports via web-portal and AFIRM's exclusive premium auditing software
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions
  • Examine commercial businesses' payroll and tax records
  • Evaluate operational practices
  • Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
Requirements
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience is required
  • Strong customer service and people skills are essential
  • Numbers-oriented and knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions
