**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing services during evening shifts, directing the nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise nursing staff during evening shifts to ensure quality patient care
  • Direct and coordinate nursing services in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Services Department
  • Address employee concerns in a timely manner and document actions

**Requirements:

  • A high school graduate with a valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Registered Nurse degree from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
