Position Summary:
As a Material Handler I, you will collaborate within a team environment to achieve operational objectives in the warehouse. Your role will encompass essential warehouse functions such as shipping, packing, loading, and unloading trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders, adhering to established productivity benchmarks.
  • Safely load products onto trucks or ocean containers.
  • Efficiently unload products from trucks or ocean containers.
  • Replenish inventory in designated warehouse picking locations.
  • Participate in scheduled inventory cycle counts.
  • Comply with all ITW safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Contribute to process enhancements within the scope of your role.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work assigned shifts, including potential overtime and weekends.
  • Experience operating forklifts, specifically reach trucks and/or cherry pickers.
  • Forklift certification is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer and keyboarding proficiency.
