Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Inventory Levels: Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials as needed.
  • Operate Equipment: Safely operate power pallet jacks and forklifts to transport materials and finished goods.
  • Perform Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain auxiliary equipment, as well as assist with mold changes under direct supervision.
  • Support Production: Assist operators with tasks as assigned, and help maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Meet Quality Standards: Understand the importance of reducing scrap and follow plant management instructions to ensure high-quality products.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
  • Skills: Basic math skills, proficient in reading and writing English, and basic computer skills.
  • Experience: Mechanical aptitude and good communication skills.
