We're seeking a skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX
This is an exciting opportunity to work for America's number one lawn care company, TruGreen. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch services and creating beautiful, healthy properties across the nation.
About the JobYou'll play a vital role in helping our customers live life outside by administering timely lawn applications, diagnosing and correcting customer problems, and recommending and selling products and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering lawn applications and addressing customer concerns
- Diagnosing and resolving customer issues through service calls and other communications
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to new and existing customers
- Completing production reports, sales forms, and other administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
