Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you'll be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, greeting clients and patients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area
  • Greet and welcome clients and patients
  • Answer questions and triage client concerns
  • Answer calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate party for resolution
  • Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
  • Check in and check out clients, processing payments
Requirements
  • 1+ year of veterinary experience preferred
  • Compassionate, calm, and a team player
  • Highly organized and proficient in computer skills
  • Self-starter with a desire to continue advancing knowledge and skillset
