Employment Requirements:

  • Valid LPN or RN license in the State of Hawaii
  • Current Adult CPR certification (Child CPR for those working with children)
  • First Aid Certification
  • Recent TB clearance, including a TB 2-step test completed at some point
  • Background check will be conducted
Upon hiring, candidates must provide two valid forms of identification to meet I-9 verification requirements.
