Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Technology Solutions Designer to join our team in Louisville or Indianapolis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Information and Communications Technology Systems (Data Networks, Nurse Call, Medical Technology, Electronic Safety & Security, Paging, Wireless, DAS, etc.).
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement complex IT systems, including data networks, nurse call systems, medical technology, and electronic safety and security systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with other building systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, installation plans, and testing procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, including facility managers, engineers, and maintenance personnel.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend new solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience designing and implementing IT systems, including data networks, nurse call systems, medical technology, and electronic safety and security systems.
- Self-starter with excellent teamwork, proactive planning, and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Qualified experience using Microsoft Office365, Autodesk BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Degree in Electrical or Technology Engineering preferred.
- BICSI Registered RCDD certification or working towards certification preferred.
