About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our energy technology client's products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative and user-centered solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute directly to ongoing projects, demonstrating a strong ability to jump in and deliver results.
  • Leverage your expertise in UI design to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Effectively utilize our existing design system to maintain consistency and efficiency in your work.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, gather feedback, and validate design decisions.
  • Take initiative to schedule meetings, ideate solutions, and drive projects forward.
  • Define and design a task management tool that meets the specific needs of our energy technology client's users and aligns with our overall product strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand user needs, identify pain points, and define clear goals for product development.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive UX roadmap that guides the evolution of our energy technology client's product offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful product design projects.
  • Expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and creating exceptional user experiences.
