As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developing treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with autism spectrum disorder to develop personalized treatment plans that address their behavioral, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaboration and Supervision: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including registered behavior technicians and practicum students, to implement treatment plans and provide clinical supervision.
  • Parent and Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to help them effectively implement treatment plans and promote positive behavioral change.
  • Client Service Hours: Maintain a minimum of 25 billable client service hours per week, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, with Board certification as a Behavior Analyst or eligibility for certification and licensure in the state of Missouri within 6 months of hire.
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to establish collaborative partnerships with regional service providers and school districts.
