Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Samuel Contract Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our donors throughout their donation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical screenings and assessments to ensure donor suitability and safety.
  • Administer skilled and compassionate care during the plasma donation process, prioritizing donor comfort and well-being.
  • Monitor donor vital signs and manage any adverse reactions that may occur.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Educate donors on the importance of plasma donation and ensure they understand and adhere to all protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
  • CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
