Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team. This full-time role requires availability Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

As an LPN at Touchmark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and dignity. Your presence will positively impact the lives of residents and their families, as you collaborate with our nursing team to coordinate clinical care and support. You will also assist in the training and onboarding of Med Techs, fostering a supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor care staff, guiding them in making informed care decisions.
  • Deliver hands-on nursing care to residents in Assisted Living.
  • Evaluate residents' health status and collaborate with the nursing and health services teams to create and review personalized service plans.
  • Build trust and maintain open communication with family members regarding residents' health and well-being.
  • Work alongside our sales team during tours to highlight the benefits of living at Touchmark through our unique programming and care services.
Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for caring for elderly residents and will be licensed as an LPN in the state of Washington. You should thrive in a team-oriented environment, working closely with fellow nurses to design and implement individualized care plans.
