Cardiac Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry Unit at Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process to assess, collect, and document data.
- Establish, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care and discharge plans.
- Provide responsible and accountable nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
- Engage in collaborative relationships with peers and other professional disciplines.
- Assume responsibility for professional growth and accountability.
- Current licensure as a RN in the State of Florida.
- Bachelor degree/diploma/associate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Certifications as required by individual unit/area.
- Professionalism in interpersonal communication skills with patients, patient families, colleagues, physicians, and ancillary department personnel.
- Personal professional development, accountability, organization, and leadership in the performance of professional nursing practice.
- Customer-service orientation and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with co-workers and key stakeholders.
