Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery, including sanding buffers, splitters, and embossers, as well as specialty instrumentation and test devices for quality control of products.
  • Manufacture parts with safety, quality, and production best practices and requirements.
  • Operate industrial machinery and metrology measurement systems.
  • Maintain safety standards at all times and initiate emergency procedures when necessary.
  • Use computers for data entry, MTL, SOPs, logbooks, training, non-conforming product, audits, and other tasks.
Requirements:
  • Good judgment, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical, and analytical skills.
  • Good written skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with MS Office tools.
  • A self-starter who can identify, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Demonstrated track record of problem-solving using a fundamental approach.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and quality protective equipment, including steel toe shoes, gloves, and hard hats.
  • Some positions may require the ability to wear personal protective devices, including full-face respirators.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs, bend, squat, push, pull, and perform overhead work.
  • Lifting up to 10 lbs. frequently, lifting 11-25 lbs. occasionally, lifting 26-50 lbs. occasionally.
