About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to join our Government Consulting Services team at Matrix Design Group. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint applications and sites, as well as providing technical solutions to support our Government Consulting Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to determine requirements and design solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications and sites
  • Implement, configure, and customize SharePoint applications, including integration with Microsoft PowerPlatform and other apps
  • Develop, modify, and maintain custom web parts, master pages, and content types
  • Develop and deploy workflow customizations and forms
  • Test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, monitor and maintain performance
  • Support continuous process improvement and business process reengineering projects
  • Support company project execution and proposal development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, engineering, or related field of study
  • 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting SharePoint applications, preferably with enterprise-level experience and production deployment of Custom PowerApps using Microsoft PowerPlatform, including Power Automate and Power BI
  • Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and/or other U.S. Government entities, such as the Department of Veterans' Affairs
  • Familiarity with SharePoint APIs and developing custom solutions
  • Experience building production-grade PowerApps Custom Canvas and PowerApps Portal solutions along with MS Flow/Power Automate and SharePoint online
  • User-Centric UI and UX front-end design experience using responsive forms and Canvas apps in PowerApps
  • Proficient in developing SharePoint solutions using tools like SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, and PowerShell
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Online, and various SharePoint versions (e.g., 2013, 2016, 2019)
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Server, User Interface Design, web design, technology security, relational database exposure, and Object-Oriented (OO) principles
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize and distill complex topics into concise reports/presentations
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills (written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites and other facility offices
  • Microsoft Certified SharePoint Associate
  • Microsoft Certified Power Platform App Maker Associate
What We Offer

Matrix Design Group offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $115,000 annually, dependent on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as holiday, vacation, and sick leave. Additionally, we offer training and education opportunities, a 401(k) plan, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
