Overview

Responsibilities
  • Review and approve subdivision plans and site plans submitted by developers to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Administer developer-sponsored projects in construction to verify adherence to approved plans.
  • Design capital improvement projects that meet the needs of our municipalities.
  • Evaluate public works issues in our municipalities to identify solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 0-3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial site design.
  • EIT certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
  • Knowledge of the planning and zoning process.
  • Effective written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
