Job Summary:

Mead & Hunt, a leading professional services consulting firm, is seeking a skilled Municipal Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Municipal Civil Engineer at Mead & Hunt, you will be responsible for preparing civil engineering design documents, computations, and construction documents. You will also serve as a project representative during design and construction, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil or municipal engineering and at least two years of relevant professional work experience. Familiarity with sanitary sewer, water, and stormwater design, as well as experience with hydraulic and/or hydrology software, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, is highly desirable. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare civil engineering design documents, computations, and construction documents.
  • Serve as a project representative during design and construction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or municipal engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • At least two years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Familiarity with sanitary sewer, water, and stormwater design.
  • Experience with hydraulic and/or hydrology software, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
