We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Community Relations Manager to join our team at AccentCare, Inc. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our senior living market business.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities and referral sources.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to sales development, including regular calls, meetings, and ride-alongs to address opportunities within the senior housing market.
- Collaborate with operations to enhance the AccentCare brand in the community, identify sales opportunities, and establish relationships with referral sources.
- Communicate the organization's sales and strategic partnership goals, priorities, and professional sales standards to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, company services, competitive advantages, and market opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of five years' experience in multi-site sales training and/or management role.
- Knowledge and experience in senior housing, home health care, and/or hospice.
- Proven sales management skills and experience as a leader.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
