Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the manager on duty, guiding the sales floor and supervising the associate team.
  • Consistently drive sales; this is a role focused on selling.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to established processes and policies in a professional setting.
  • Ensure a remarkable engagement experience for our customers at all times.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive starting wage of $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, influenced by experience and location.
  • Full-time employees accrue vacation time at a rate of .8 hours for every 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours annually, with increases based on tenure.
  • All employees earn paid sick leave at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked, up to 52 hours per year.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and team members, both in person and through electronic means.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Capability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and safely navigate ladders.
  • Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
