We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic hospital setting. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) preferred
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
