Job Title: Staff Accountant

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to support the company's financial operations and manage a growing government contracts portfolio.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in the area of government contracts.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with financial software, including ERP systems, and be familiar with the allocation of direct and indirect costs under government contracts.

This is a hybrid onsite role in Bedminster, NJ, and the ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Ability to manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
  • Understanding of direct and indirect costs, including their classification and allocation
  • Experience working within a finance/accounting ERP system
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
  • Familiarity with federal government accounting processes and procedures
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint accounting

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
