Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Stepdown team in Boston, Massachusetts.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care on our 36-bed adult fast-paced Cardiac Medical Stepdown Unit. This unit provides intermediate level care to patients who require cardiac monitoring for arrhythmias, unstable coronary syndromes, heart failure, and other vascular diagnoses and medical disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert and specialized cardiac care to patients requiring coronary or peripheral procedures, diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patients' cardiac conditions, including arrhythmias and heart failure.
  • Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest cardiac care practices.
