We support your passion for delivering personalized, evidence-based patient care at the highest standards.
Position Overview:
- Work schedule consists of 4 days in the clinic, providing 36 hours of patient care. The 5th day is designated for administrative tasks, allowing for at least 4 hours of work from home.
- On-call responsibilities are phone-only and shared in a 1:10 rotation.
- Integrated behavioral health services are available on-site.
- Facility offers ancillary services such as lab, x-ray, cardiac rehabilitation, orthopedics, endocrinology, wound care, and physical therapy.
- Collaborative care-team model with registered nurses and clinical medical assistants assisting with in-basket support.
- Focus on adult and geriatric patient populations.
- Current practice includes 2 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider.
- Average patient load is 14-16 patients per day.
- Utilize Epic as the electronic medical record system.
- Credentialing process typically takes 90 days.
- Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a leadership background to support the leadership aspect of the role.
- This position requires in-person attendance; telemedicine options are not available.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Permanent placement is preferred; locum tenens positions are not being considered.
