UCHealth Medical Group is excited to welcome a full-time, board eligible/board certified Family Medicine physician to our new Family Medicine clinic. We believe that every individual is remarkable, and together, we create extraordinary outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in establishing a new clinic
- Provide care for 36 patient-facing hours each week
- Benefit from integrated behavioral health services on-site
- Potential for rapid patient empanelment
- Collaborate within a care-team model supported by RNs and MAs
- Participate in shared, phone-only call with regional colleagues
- Access to specialists throughout the network

Comprehensive Benefits Package
This position offers a competitive compensation structure:

- Annual salary range of $224,000-$249,000
- Quality and/or productivity bonuses may be available
- Relocation assistance for eligible candidates
