Therapist Position

We are seeking a qualified Therapist / Counselor to join our team in Prescott, AZ.

The successful candidate will have experience in facilitating group and individual therapy sessions, as well as a strong understanding of chemical dependency, co-occurring disorders, and trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy sessions and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Respond to crisis situations.

Requirements:

  • Licensed or license-eligible by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • Experience in facilitating group and individual therapy sessions.
  • Strong understanding of chemical dependency, co-occurring disorders, and trauma.
  • Excellent documentation skills.

Compensation:

  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
