We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painting Specialist to join our team at Trinity Employment Specialists. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality paint finishes on our industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply coatings and paints to a variety of surfaces using spray guns and other equipment.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
  • Operate industrial painting equipment, including spray booths and drying ovens.
  • Monitor paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality to ensure optimal results.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to management.

Requirements
