We are seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team at PeopleShare. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining production and quality demands, operating injection molding machines, and performing various tasks to ensure efficient production.
Job Responsibilities:- Maintain production and quality demands by adhering to work instructions and customer requirements.
- Operate 14-15 injection molding machines on a 12-hour shift, walking, standing, and squatting as needed.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy, labeling and packaging them in compliance with work instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. (50% required).
- Ability to read and understand written procedures and instructions.
- Attention to detail and good visual skills.
- Ability to work independently.
