We are currently seeking a full-time Facility Maintenance Specialist responsible for performing essential maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as mechanical systems associated with swimming pools.
  • Conduct groundskeeping and maintenance activities, including mowing, weeding, brush removal, and snow clearance.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain building structural components.
  • Perform timely equipment checks (e.g., carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers) and conduct thorough building and equipment inspections (e.g., boilers, backflow preventers, fire suppression systems).
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for repairs and snow removal duties.
  • Open and close the facility according to a rotating schedule.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of two years of college or vocational training in electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, or related maintenance experience.

  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems, particularly HVAC software, is preferred.
