Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Application Architect to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our service management team, you will be responsible for leading the design and configuration of client ServiceNow implementation architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools for DoD and Federal organizations
- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR
- Collaborate with project and proposal teams to incorporate ServiceNow solutions and develop high-quality implementation plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members while sharing experiences
- Work with senior leaders and executives to foster positive client relationships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications
- 5+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools
- Experience with Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out of the box config, custom apps, and development methods
- Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java
- Experience with implementing scripted web services in ServiceNow, jQuery or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP web service protocols
- Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
- ServiceNow developer Certification, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or HR
- ServiceNow Certification, including Certified ServiceNow Master Architect, Certified Application Developer, or Certified System Administrator
- DoD 8570 Certification, including Security+ or CSSP
- ITILv3 Foundations Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
