  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed guidance to guests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospitality software.
