We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team at Soliant.

About the Role

This full-time position will run from August to May, with the opportunity to work district-wide under the supervision of a highly qualified SLP. The SLPA will provide speech and language therapy services to students, working closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting speech and language screenings with the supervising SLP
  • Implementing treatment plans or protocols developed by the SLP
  • Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with teachers and parents to support student growth
  • Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
