Nursing Professional Night Shift Opportunity

Join Oak Creek Rehabilitation in Kimberly, ID as a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our night shift (6PM-6AM). We are committed to providing top-quality care to our patients and strive to maximize each patient's functional independence.
Job OverviewWe are a people-first organization, guided by leading with integrity, empowering people, delivering outcomes. Our skilled nursing facility (SNF) aims to provide exceptional care to geriatric patients requiring 24/7 attention.
Responsibilities- Administer medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed.
- Prepare and administer treatments/medications ordered by the physician.
- Notify the resident's physician and/or family members of any change in condition.
- Provide professional nursing practice services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, changing of dressings, packs, and irrigations as necessary.
- Continuously observe and monitor seriously ill residents.
- Possess a current RN license in good standing.
- Effectively communicate with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
- Able to make decisions independently when warranted.
- Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures.
Salary: $96,500 - $123,000 per year, based on experience and location.
