Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Provide leadership and guidance to patient-facing teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies
  • Coordinate determination of patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and ongoing insurance approvals
  • Review assessments and plans of care daily to ensure individualized care is provided to meet patient needs

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • At least one year of clinical experience as a RN
