Key Responsibilities
  • Implement family-centered practice principles to ensure the inclusion of children and families in decision-making processes.
  • Promote normalcy in the lives of children in care.
  • Adhere to principles and procedures of Structured Decision Making to keep children and families safe.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, human development, mental health care, education, criminal justice, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, human development, mental health, education, criminal justice, or related area.
  • Ability to learn and apply principles and practices of direct case management.
